Invoices are issued according to the scope of work outlined in your proposal or agreement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and time-based work, Joyful SEO does not offer refunds once a project or retainer has commenced.
6. Client Responsibilities
To deliver effective results, clients must provide timely access to relevant platforms (e.g., website backend, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and approve deliverables when required.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Joyful SEO remain the intellectual property of Joyful SEO until full payment is received. Once paid in full, deliverables become the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
